Your employees will count on each other to do well as they take turns flying our Jet Simulator as the Captain in the left seat and then support each other by performing the important Co-Pilot duties in the right seat! In addition to having a lot of fun, they’ll work together as a Team to achieve their goal of safety and a successful flight. They will receive a detailed Preflight Briefing of the tasks to be performed and soon be completely immersed in those tasks. Each member will demonstrate participation as the Captain and as the Co-Pilot. They will experience being in command as the Captain and offering support as the Co-Pilot. Your Team members will experience our Fly A Sim Team Resource Management "TRM" scenarios. Depending upon and trusting your team members, accepting feedback, offering constructive criticism and taking responsibility for group and individual goals.
In addition to the excitement of flying the Fly A Sim event itself, we provide color Certificates of Completion with each employee’s name and picture included. A baseball style Cap with Fly A Sim and a monogram of a Jet Airplane on the front is also included.
